SSL Security alert after transition to e2k7

I transitioned from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. I had an SSL cert that I
purchased for original Exchange 2003 server that I exported to a PFX file and
imported on my new Exchange 2007 CAS server. This seems to work great for
OWA, however I get a "Security Alert" when I open an Outlook 2007 client on
the internal network that says "The name on the security certificate is
invalid or does not match the name of the site". I have a feeling it's
because the "friendly name" on the SSL cert is named after the Exchange 2003
FE server name, but not sure.

Is there a way to make this work, or do I have to purchase a new SSL cert?

many thanks.
