Many-to-one mailboxes?

Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003
Approximately 1000 users. 800 are traditonal users with mailboxes and so forth. 200 accounts are generic purpose-driven accounts that do not currently have mailboxes. Their user accounts in the domain aren't based on person names, they are just the name of the thin client they use to connect. Everyone uses Outlook through an RDP/Citrix farm, all 1000.

I've been asked if we can create one mailbox for just those 200 users and configure Outlook to open to that one shared mailbox. I know how to create a mailbox and give 200 users rights to open it, but I'm looking for a way to feed the Outlook client on the Terminal Servers the profile configuration without logging in to 200 accounts by hand. The CMW was used to automate the creation of Outlook based on the user name. These 200 accounts use the same set of Terminal Services as the general population, so I can't effect any "normal" users. So, is there a way to associate multiple domain accounts to the same mailbox so that when it looks to the exchange server for their mailbox it pulls the shared one and/or is there some trick/script to automate the configuration of Outlook for just those accounts? Something like a logon script for this group that creates a default profile in Outlook?

Thanks!

Bill
