Exchange 2007 Setup

Hi all,

I have 2 Windows 2003 x64 servers. Active Directory is installed on one of
them and I want to install Exchange Server 2007 x64 on another one. but when
I run "Setup /PrepareAD" I got this error message: could not find any domain
controller in domain 123.com.

Both servers are member of the domain.

Any help would be appreciated.
