Not at all, as long as all the groups are relevant (and MS group subscribers
are far more tolerant of this than the likes of comp.* etc) . The big
difference is that if correctly cross-posted, a message's replies in one
group will automatically appear in all the others. So, your message gets
extra exposure, and everyone can see all the replies that may have come from
other groups. Easier to keep track of, and fairer to the people who are
replying.
