What error are you getting? Check your Exchange setup.log.

I'm having the exact same problem...I cannot reinstall exchange. It
wasn't in production when I uninstalled it and repartitioned the HD. I
reinstalled Windows Server 2003 SBS OS then tried to reinstall exchange.

Any solutions would be great

Thank you in advance.

Removing Exchange and reinstalling should not require you to run
/forestprep again. In addition, /forestprep will run automatically when
you install your first Exchange Server. How did you remove Exchange?
How are you reinstalling? Its preferred to remove and reinstall from
Add/Remove Programs.

Help

I am on SBS 2003 and had to remove exchange and now I want to reinstall.
When I start setup I am told I need to run forestprep but when I do that
it
tell me that. "You must use an account that has been granted the Full
Exchange Admin role on the exchange org using the exchange delegatation
admin
wizard"

How do I run this without exchange being installed ?
