Under exchange server, protocols you can find the virtuel SMTP server - you enable SMTP logging on this.

OK. I've enabled the administrative groups. Where do I look for smtp
logging? Also, I did finally get messages from external email, although it
took a couple of days to get them. The message is "TEMP_FAILURE: Could not
initiate SMTP conversation with any hosts: [company.com (1): Connection
refused]" Also, another user tried from external mail system and the
connection closed immediately.
