Error During Migration to Exchange 2003 from Mdaemon

Hi,

I am migrating from Mdaemon to Exchange 2003. I encounter this particular error during installation which is :

"C1041724 Error c1041724"
"An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both."

Would really appreciate your help.
