Hi,
For those that are interested I found a solution to this problem.
On the two user objects that were affect, inheritance had been turned on on the security tab of the user object.
To solve, go to ADUC.
Select View > Advanced Feautures.
Then go to User Object > Security > Advanced > set Allow Inheritable Permisions.

Hi,
Were presently starting to move our users from E2K3 to E2K7 and I have encountered an issue where some users mailboxes are inacsessable via OWA once they are moved. Has anyone seen this or seen any guideance for it. Please find a copy of the error bellow.
