Initial install error message

Greetings everyone,
In the process of installing Exchange 2003 Enterprise on Windows 2003
Server Enterprise, I received a message to the effect of "This software has
some compatibility issues with this OS".Am I getting this message because
SP2 for Windows 2003 is installed?
