exchange 2003 and vsee 2005 again

(Thank you Mark for giving me some useful info) However I still have
unanswered question)

1. should Virtual Server EE 2005 be installed on a windows server 2005 on
which an exchange 2003 is running directly? No the exchange server is not to
be run inside the VSEE but physically directly on teh W2k3 itself.

any configuration problem for that? I was told that is unsupported


Please clarify if one should never install virtual server on a physical
windows 2003 server with exchange server?
The virtual server is to host a couple of test machines expected to take up
to 30% cpu and 20% IO throughput.
We expected only 10 user with total daily volume of about 3 or 4 thousand
email a day on a physical Intel dual core Xenon server whose config is a
