Is there a firewall or HTTP proxy (such as ISA) between the users and the
SBS server?

I have just installed a new SBS 2003 R2 Prem server. My users cannot seem
to
access OWA from external locations. It does work internally. My users
can
get to my server from the internet (the public IP address defaults to the
"welcome to Windows Small Business Server" site). When my users try using
the same public address\exchange, IE reports that website could not be
displayed (found). This occurs for both http and https. Any ideas on
where
to look to resolve this?
