Peter is correct of course. I meant to say RAID 1, not RAID 1+0. The solution would require eight disks with four RAID 1 mirrors.
You said it was a 75 user installation; what are the other specifications of the server (RAM, CPU, etc.)?

You can not configure 4 sets of spindles in raid 1+0 using 8 disks,
doing that would require 16 disks as one set of spindles in raid 1+0
consistest of two mirrors that are striped. What can be done is to set
up 4 mirrors. Simple mirrors have the major advantage of being fully
recoverable with minimum fuzz because each disk is valid in itself.
