I have exchange 2003 enterprise setup with IIS 6.0 to use OWA and it's
working great except that when you are prompted for your username and
password it won't allow you to login until you also specify the domain
name.
The server is Windows 2003 SP2 running as a member server. In the IIS
settings I have the default domain set correctly. The the two boxes
checked:
Basic Authentication and Windows Authentication.
Interesting thing is if I uncheck Windows Authentication it allows me to
login without the domain name, but when I logout it asks for my username
and
password again.
Any ideas?
Carlton.
Integrated Auth always requires the domain name (IE has a separate input box
for it), although if you are logged into the domain, then it shouldn't be
asking in the first place.
Regarding the logout thing, make sure that the settings on the exchweb VDir
in IIS are always the same as those on Exchange.
Lee.
