Repair Faulty Client Access Install

We had to reinstall IIS, due to a recurring problem with OWA. I followed
the procedure perfectly. Unfortunately, POP3 and IMAP4 did not reinstall!?
There services are no where to be found. Is it possible to simply rerun
this command to reinstall the Client Access role:
exsetup.exe /mode:install /roles:ca
Or do I have to remove it first? Exchange 2007 install does not have a
repair feature.
