RE: DST CDO hotfix

More specifically, I was trying to test the EXE file before trying it on the
Exchange server when the error message: "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Setup
Key Not Found" was logged on the KB928225.log
The actual error log from my desktop is as follows:

It sounds like it cannot be run outside of Exchange, but I didn't want to
corrupt anything if there a chance to test outside of the Production
environment.
