SuperDave - I am seeing the same issue with my install - but I dont
understand how you did the comparison below - can you elaborate on how you
reconciled the AD? Did you use some tool or something?

What I did was compare the Configuration/Services/Microsoft
Exchange/OrganizationName subdirectories to a pure Exchange 2003 version, and
remove everything new that Exchange 2007 adds. When I reran setup /preparead,
it was able to complete successfully.
