Rob,
I think one reason for the impression is that Exchange 2007 32bit can
be difficult to install on Virtual Server. For example, I've got two
partially functioning Exchange 2007 virtual machine installs. Failure
of one or more services to start seems to be a common symptom.
At the moment I am not clear on the mechanism and fixes for these
problems.

WHats the reason for this, I would like to Virtualise a new exchange 2007
org in VMware Infastructure 3 server?? is there anything I need to watch out
for,
I can dedicate it 6GB and its own NIC.
Thanks, have a good weekend all,
