OWA Problem

I have Exchange 2003 with a very strange OWA problem.

Wehn I access OWA it presents the Username/Password form and then if I enter
a correct password (in my case administrator password) instead of loading
OWA it shows me the list of directories each one of them is a user directory
?!?!

Any idea whats wrong ?
