Exchange 2007 B2 How to Upgrade Legacy Mailboxes to User Mailboxes

I havent been able to find any documentation or anything else that
suggests a method for upgrading Exchange 2003 Legacy Mailboxes to 2007
User Mailboxes.
Got some existing users we want to upgrade their Mailboxes to support
the 2007 features so they can be our guinea pigs.
Tried simply moving the mailbox from 2K3 to 2K7, but it still just
shows up as "legacy mailbox"
Thus far the only method ive found is to completely delete the users's
mailbox, then create a new one on the 2007 server.
Doing so is going to be a major hassle for us to do this with all
employees when we put 2007 in production.
Can anyone advise how to, or point me towards where i can find how to,
upgrade 2003 Legacy mailboxes to 2007 User mailboxes?
