Looks like a reverse NDR attack, check ur system for malware or the
biggest nightmare..the rootkit issue.

There are generally issues when even after closing the relay there are
many postmaster emails stuck in the queue...delete all the emails from
postmaster and monitor...

There are advanced troubleshooting involved...change the path of queue
and pickup folder from adsiedit and then check ...

There are now issues of rootkit coming up these days and they have hit
the mailing system..check that ASAP ..
