Corrupt exchange install?

I need to know if Schema was corrupted in my install of Exchange 2003. I ran
ForestPrep and DCPrep on a DC inmy domain and it installed fine. i followed
the instructions in the install manager: added ASP,NNTP,SMTP, and Web
Services. Ran Netdiag and DCDiag and had no errors. Installed the program
and it worked fine for a single day. Then the exchange tabs dissapeared in
ADUC and i couldnt figure it out so i uninstalled exchange and re-prepped
the DC for a new install. Only now is says i have to run ForestPrep and
ForestPrep wants an Exchange Full Administrator which my account is (or was)
its a member of Domain Admins, Schema Admins, Enterprise Admins, and the
Exchange Admins group. Checking the event log i get a warning about
replication to sysvol on the GC server and FSR warnings about replication
between DC's. In Sites and Services i have 2 sites defined the second is
nearby over a wireless link and it has a GC DC with another copy of DNS for
replication control purposes. Both sites operate in a single class B subnet.
I may be over-analyzing at this point. The bottom line is: Must i redeploy
my domain, assuming a corrupt schema?
.
