the mailbox and then it's down to Outlook (in the lossest sense) to do
perms at a more granular level.
If there are way too many folders then I would suggest Symprex.

was a freeware one (or at least a hell of a lot cheaper) by Kevin
Snook. Let me see where on earth it got to....
