The Content Filter Agent on Exchange Server 2007 was rewritten -
conceptually similar to IMF, assigns SCL values.
The CF agent and other antispam agents are installed by default on an Edge
Transport server, but not on Hub Transport servrs. If you do not intend to
deploy an Edge server, you need to install these manually:

There's online help available in Exchange Server 2007 that shows how to use
the antispam features.
