Hi,
If you were able to install the exchange system manager you might be able to
see which account the AD thinks is exchange full administrator and maybe
even delegate permissions to another account.
You might also be able to use the /removeorg again and then start all over.

I have uninstalled my E2k3 enterprise edition because I had promoted the
serer to a DC after insalling Exchange and this is not recommended by MS.
E2k3 was installed in de.xxxx.com as child domain of xxxxx.com. After
uninstallation I have run sertup.exe /removeorg and it aparently looked
like
everything but not "Exchange Enterprise Servers" and "Exchange Domain
Servers" groups remained in both the xxxx.com and it's child de.xxxxx.com.
But Exchange Domain Servers group was empty.
Today I wanted to reinstall the E2k3 server again and figured out that I
can
not do so. It said that I have to be a member of the full Exchange
Adminstration groups in order to install or run /forestprep. I am a member
fo
Schema and Domain admins.
I did run /forestprep and installed Exchagne a few days ago as this user
too.
I thought I just have to run /forestprep and /domainprep again, but I
could
not run /forestprep on the Scham Master either, I got the same message
that I
have to be a member of the Full Exchange Adminstrators, which I am.
I have now reinstalled the Exchange Adminstrator tools and get here a
message too which makes me believe that I have to run /forestprep again,
it
says while installing System Tools that "Active Directory Schema has not
been
extended for the use of Exchange 2003..." Well, I can not run forestprep,
what should I do?
How can I check if Exchange was removed succesfully from the AD, it is
obviously not?
