Exchange 2007

Hi,
I am setting up a new E2K7 server in a E2K3 environment. ADPREP and all went OK until the very last step with the "Exchange Mailbox Role". The setup programs reports that a certain service did not respond in time. When looking at the Services the "System Attendant" and "Information Store" have been created but it cannot start. Looking at the Event Log I find:

I assume this means that some eventid DLL did not register properly.
Please help?
