Both servers will run OWA simultaneously, you will need to reconfigure your
Firewall/Router to port forward 80 or 443 to your Exchange 2003 Server for
external users to reach it.

Hi,
I currently have an Exchange 2000 server. I just built up an Exchange 2003
server.
I am in the process of migrating my users from the 2000 box to the 2003
box.
I have users that use OWA outside of the office. Once I migrate them to
the 2003 box, they obviously cannot access their mailboxes via OWA.
Is there a way that i can have both servers configured to use OWA ?
I want the migrated users to be able to access OWA on the 2003 box.
Thank You
