Error while trying to install Exch2007

Hi there,
When I try to install the Beta2, I get this annoying error about
C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.log being in use by another process.
Of course, anything else is using it (I verified with filemon.exe)
If someone has any idea about that ?
