I have installed a new exchange server in my org, now I want to remove my
old one. I have done step by step KB:822931 but when I shall uninstall
exchange I get:
"..cannot be asssigned the action "remove" because: -one or more users
currently use a mailbox stor on the server. Thes users must be moved to a
mailbox store....."
I have moved all mailboxes accept: SMTP (servername-{8hfh8d8.....}

Systemmailbox{545345..}
Because they cant be moved. What shall I do?

Re: users cant access new mailboxes after migration ... was able to resolve problem by removing old 5.5 server from '03 system ... after you migrate mailboxes from Exchange ... server 5.5 to Exchange server 2003, ... Expand Recipients -> Recipient Update Services.... (microsoft.public.exchange2000.clients)

Re: Domain/Mailbox/SMTP address space migration ... this will make all mail from UK users to IE users go to the local exchange server... But overall, once you've created the mailboxes and address space on the UK server, you need to quickly shut down the IE server and make the DNS change. ...
