Need your help!

Hi all,
When I tried to upgrade the exch2000 frondend to the exch2003, I got this
error"Setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Exchange
server-level objects with error code 0xC0070574(please cousult the
installation for a detailed description)
BTW, I am using the account with exchange full admin rights and doamin admin
