migrate Win2K3/Exch2K3 from one forest to another forest

hi, my corporate IT is consolidating all buss units into one forest.
because my existing office is setup late and an idependent forest is
built before the project was initiated and exch 2K3 had been installed
and running. is there any migration wizard that i can move all the AD
user accounts and exch 2K3 mailboxes from forest oldad.lcl to
newcorpad.lcl? or can I backup the oldad.lcl storage group and restore
to newcorpad.lcl storage group? i will use two sets of hardware to do
the migration.
