Junk Folder OWA 2003 Question

Is there any way , or a setting in Exchange 2003 Server to have my
users junk mail folder delete every 30 days? Or items that are 30 days
or older to be deleted/purged?

I 'm using GFI Mail Esentials for spam and the junk folders are filling
up... I want them to delte in intervals.. is that possible?
