If you uninstall Exchange all applied servicepacks will also be removed.

I have a 2003 SP2 OWA server that I want to move to a different
Administrative group, am I correct in assuming if I uninstall Exchange
from it, it will also remove the SP2. After I have uninstalled, I can
then just install Exchange 2003 then SP2 but in the correct
Administrative group.
