Re: can only login as administrator in OWA

yes I have...There is an error id 529 in the application log. It says "bad
username and or password"

If I try jared@??????.com as the username it will not log me in and DOES NOT
record an error code. If I enter Jared it record the error and DOES NOT let
me in . I cannot log in either way.

I can log in using "administrator" OR administrator@?????.com . It works
both ways with admin.

Have you tried usernamed login with FQDN format? jared@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If not, check your Exchange Event Viewer Security and Application log for
any events related to these failed logins.

I cannot get the OWA to login with any other user except administrator.

I can go to http://mail.????.com/exchange and enter
username: administrator
password: ????
and everything works fine.

If I try to login as:
username: jared
password: ????
The owa will not let me in. I have looked over everthing that I can find
and
everything seems to be set fine.

Exchange 2003
windows 2003 server
