Dear Tareq,
You are more than welcome.
Now, regarding to your additional 5 questions, please find my answer below
each question, my answer starts with my name “Alaa”
1- Do you I have to create a new offline address list for the new
(Additional) exchange server.
Alaa: No, you don’t require to add offline address list for your additional
exchange server, the offline address list lists all the users that apprears
under the Global Address List which is the Default Address List of all
outlook users. the offline address list is viewable by all the exchange
servers under your exchange organization, this is Default Settings for all
exchange servers under your current exchange organization. to make sure that
your new exchange server and the users under this server have this setting,
please do the following:
1. Open Exchange System Manager from your old or new exchange server.
2. Expand Administrative Groups --> Servers --> your new exchange server
-->Your
Storage Group --> Mail Store (New Exchange Server Name).
3. Right Clink on the Mail Store and click on Properties.
4. Under the General Tab, please note the "Offline Address List" Field,
you should
see "Defaul Offline Address List", which means that this mail store
under the new
exchange server uses the Default Offline Address List from your
Exchange
Organization..
5. repeat the steps from 1 till 4 for all your other mailstore under
your current and
others sotrage group.
2- Do I need to create a new Recipient update service for the new
(additional) exchange server?
Alaa: Alson No, you don’t need to create additional recipient update service
for the new additional exchange server. Question, where is the new additional
exchange server located? In the same server room of the old exchange server
or in another building? if it is on another building , is their a domain
controller in that building ?
If your exchange server located in the same server room of the old exchange
server then no need to create new recipient update service.
3- Where Can I change the recipient policy? I want to be able to automate
the creation process, where the e-mail address will always be 1stname. Last
name.
Alaa: to change/view the recipient policy:
1. Open your ESM Console “Exchange System Manager” Console. On the
Start
menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then
click System
Manager.
2. Expand Recipients Folder, and click on Recipient Policy Folder.
3. In the right side of the ESM console, you will find all the
recipient policies for your
exchange organization. In your case, I think you will find only one
policy which is
the Default Policy, double click on it, and then the properties
page for this policy
will be opened.
4. Under the properties page of this policy you will find 3 tabs,
General, Email
Addresses (Policy), and Details tabs.
5. The General Tab, you will find the name of this Policy which is
Default Policy, and
Filter Rules where you can view the LDAP Query used to define the
membership
of this recipient policy, in other words, who are the users in which
this recipient
policy is applied to, based on the LDAP query.
6. The Email Addresses (Policy) Tab, lists the Email Address which will
be assigned
to the users found as a result of the LDAP Query from the Filter
Rules option
under the General Tab.
7. The Details Tab, use this tab to view the creation of this Policy
and the date it
was modified, you can also enter additional administration
information to keep
track of the information related to this policy.
Now regarding to automate the creation process, please refer to these
Microsoft KB
Links which meets your requirements.

4- I have 4 different groups of users that will have 4 different settings as
far as limits?? Now what is the best way to approach this, should:
a- Create 4 different mail stores and 4 different mail stores polices for
those groups.
b- You tell me :)
Alaa: You are right, if you want to apply 4 different mailstore policies for
your 4 different user groups and you want to apply these policies for all the
users under the mailstore by one shot, then you have to create 4 mailstores
for the 4 user groups, then create a new mailstore policy and assign this
policy to each mailstore. And here is the link on how to do.

By the way, i noticed that you listed only 4 Additional Questions not 5 , so
where is the fifth Question, i want the fifth question : ) : )
i hope my post to you was helpful enough and you are satisfied with my answer.
please feel free to reply to me with more questions or more clarifications
on the posted answer to you.

Dear Tareq,
First of all, you don't require a connector between the two exchange servers
which are under the same administrative group and routing group. users from
both servers will be able to exchange emails between them without creating
aditional connector, unless you placed the new server under different routing
group.
regarding to the error you are recieving , please refer to the following MS
article which explains the solution for your problem:
"You receive an 0x8004010F error message when you try to synchronize the
offline address list on an Exchange Server 2003 server in Outlook 2003" -

hope that the information posted here helped you in your problem, please
inform me if this information helped you in resolving your problem or not and
don't hesitate to contact me for more clarification about your problem.

Hi;
We have an existing exchange 2003 server, and I want to add an additional
Exchange 2003 server, so I used one of the DC's to make it an additional
exchange 2003, the 1st mistake that I made during the installation that I
clicked on New Exchange 2003 environment instead of existing, so after I was
done I removed exchange 2003 and SP2 and removed all of the registry keys
based on MS article. Then I reinstalled exchange 2003 and selected adding a
new exchange 2003 to existing environment then I applied SP2. Then I setup a
connector between the 2 exchange server in order to send & receive between
the users on these 2 servers, am I correct here? Now I am able to send and
receive e-mails. But for some reason the users that are located on the new
exchange server get the following error when they click on (send & receive):
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server" reported error (0x8004010F): 'the operation
failed an object could not be found'
Any idea why?
Thank you.
