Creating txt file (self signed) Certificate fot testing purposes

Hello,

I would like to test Outlook Web Access and need a self signed certificate
just for this purpose. Without one it seems not possible to use ssl.

How do I go about creating such a text file?
Is there a way to create one online?

Thanks,

GC
