Hi Rana,

An alias can be added from Active Directory -

Right click the appropriate User Object, Select Properites, then click
the E-mail Address Tab.
This is where Aliasses can be added. Select New and then double click
the appropriate Protocol i.e. SMTP, insert the Alias address and select
Ok then click Apply.

That should do it.
