Problem with OWA

Dear All,
I hope to find someone who can give me a tip on how to solve this problem
I'm installing a front end Exchange server and I have the following problem
when I open OWA ( http://www.geocities.com/zapo_72/owa-prob.JPG).
I Followed step by step the KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=280823 but it didn't help much.
Here is the configuration of the Front End:

windows 2003 sp1 enterprise
Exchange 2003 sp2 enterp

Back-end

2 node cluster active/passive

windows 2003 enterprise
Exchange 2003 sp1 enterp

thanks for your help
Carlo
