According to your description, I understand this issue to be as follows:
You are unable to remove the Config_CA after you migrate from Exchange
Server 5.5 to Exchange 2003 Server.
If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
The config_CA is automatically created by the Site Replication Service
(SRS). If you want to remove it from ADC manager interface, you have to
remove the SRS firstly. For more detailed information about how to remove
the SRS and how to convert Mixed Mode to Native Mode, please refer to the
