The Exchange migration wizard will migrate from Oracle using IMAP to pull
the data from Oracle. That really only does a good job with mail data
though. For the calendar data, it's stored in a different database and
while it has a built-in export capability, it's awful. Simpler-Webb CalMover
is a product specifically designed to migrate Oracle Calendar servers to
Exchange.
There are also other third party tools that might help with the mail
migration like Wingra (now part of Quest) or CompuSven's Mail Shuttle.
For the directory sync, you can do the initial bit with ldif exports and
imports or you can use the enterprise version of MIIS. For ongoing sync,
MIIS, custom code, or other third party ldap sync products could do the job.
