There's no way they're being prompted to enter the server name instead of
the domain. I don't think things are as bad as you think.
How did you move the mailbox? You should be using the Exchange 2003 SP1
Move Mailbox Wizard.
Look in the information store on both servers and see if they have a mailbox
on both. If so, then follow this:
