PubFoldCheck Detected an error

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm getting this error message "PubFoldCheck detected an error while
performing Public Folder DS/IS Consistency Adjustment". I checked the Event
View on the 5.5 server and there is no information. Where do I go from here?
Thanks for any information. I can't go any farther until this is addressed.
