Running domainprep more than once on Win2K3/2000 AD domain?

Is there any potential damage that can be incurred by running domainprep for Exchange 2003, more than once on a mixed Windows 2K3/2000 AD domain?

We are attempting to install Exchange 2003 in this mixed AD environment, and one of my admins isn't sure if domainprep ran properly the last time he ran it and now we're experiencing some problems with installing Exchange 2003. So my plan was to rerun domainprep, but I don't want to damage AD by doing so.

Can I rerun domainprep without issue?
