Problem connecting Exhange

Hi,
We have a problem that connecting with Outlook to Exchange takes a long
time. After while (about 30sec) comes error message "Your Microsoft Exchange
Server is unavailable." Options to choose are "retry" "work offline" and
"cancel". If Retry is chosen, it will connect immediately.
Problem is some how related to used dns server. This problem doesn't appear
if servers own dns is used. Currently using servers dns isn't valid option,
but in near future we are moving to use it. In meanwhile we have to use our
ISP:s dns.
Is there something missing from ISP:s dns configurations related to our
server?
Our server is SBS 2003.
Br,
Timo Heinonen
