Moving Exchange Server

Hello

I currently have an exchange server at a colocation facility. Not really
happy with the performance of the server at the moment so moving to a new
company.

What I need to do, one the new server once i've made it a domain controller
for the same domain is install exchange on the new server and pull all the
mail/settings to the new server.

Does anyone know how to do this? At the end of the process i want to be able
to decommission the original exchange server and just have the new one
running.
