Nope. There are a lot of dynamic DNS services out there - free.
www.dyndns.org is the one I usually use. Of course, I'd rather have a static
in place, but it isn't required.

Not if you're receiving mail sent directly to your server. There's no
dequeuing at all.(but I've never seen that incur an extra charge anyway).

Right - hence, I don't think they're suitable when you have your own mail
server.

The fact that it's included doesn't make it a good thing to use when you
have other options. Even the most zealous SBS folks I know will say they'd
use it only in the interim between switching people over to Exchange &
hosting their own mail. As I said, YMMV....I avoid these things. They cause
problems. Lurk in the SBS groups if you doubt that.
