POP3 Relay From ISP

I am setting up Exchange Server for a small office. I would like to keep our
ISP as our main mail server and setup exchange to go and get the mail from
that server, bring it all into exchange and distribute it to the clients from
there. I was trying to add a pop3 connector in exchange but it was not
offered.

Any help would be appreciated.
