If you're talking about the SBS POP connector, no, you can't. (And really,
you shouldn't - checking more frequently means you may run into problems
when the POP connector is logged into the ISP's server & then tries to log
in again).
The POP connector isn't part of Exchange, btw - it's part of SBS. If you
wish for faster mail delivery, get rid of POP and host your domain's mail
directly via SMTP delivery to your server. This is recommended.
