OWA Problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Some users outside of the network cannot access OWA and some can. From
another office I cannot get to the website
https://servername.domain.com/exchange but from my apartment I can access it
just fine. I am using the same laptop at both locations. I do an NSLOOKUP at
both locations and get the right IP address. I can't access the site using
the IP address either. I get Page Cannot be Displayed. Cannot find Server or
DNS error.

Why can some locations access it and some can't? I thought it was maybe a
firewall issue but at the office where I can't access the site, I can access
another companys OWA2003 site. Why is it just the one site and only at
certain locations? Please help and thanks in advance.
