OWA...WTF???

Hello folks,

I recently installed Ex2k3 and cannot get OWA functioning at all. Exchange
is running fine on the system and email is being sent and delivered to and
from outlook clients....no sweat. The default web site is running and I can
browse to the IP....I get a page under construction error.

Ay caramba I cant figure this one out. You can view the issue yourself at:

Any help or suggestions? I would truly appreciate it.
