new exchange server wont send/receive outside messages

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I can send and receive email internally but can not send
or recieve email from outside my LAN.

I configured a new exchange server at home. The exchange server is also a
Doman
Controller and DNS server.

I registered a domain name and when I ping it it does resolve correctly to
my WAN
address. The Exchange server also is wide open to the internet with no ports
blocked. Im sure that my ISP is not blocking port 25 because I can telnet an
outside
server on port 25.

Is there a configuration that I missed?

Thanks in advance,
Greg
.
